ZSSK Rh810 491-1 Diesel Railcar & Trailer V (DCC-Sound)

In order to replace the outdated railcars of the M 131.1 series, the Czechoslovakian State Railways purchased new two-axle diesel railcars with the series designation M 152.0. The vehicles, which were delivered in series from 1975, were powered by a 155 kW six-cylinder in-line engine and reached a top speed of 80 km/h. There were 56 seats in the passenger compartment.

Many colour variants emerged over time. The variant with a beige belly band became established on the Czechoslovakian State Railways in the 1980s. After the division of the CSD, the railcars, with and without trailers, were also used on all branch lines of the Czech State Railways (CD).
