P917K Martini Brands Hatch 1000km 1971 No.8 Elford/Redman

At a rain-soaked Brands Hatch in 1971 a famous battle took place between the Martini and Gulf Porsche teams. Both teams ran the Porsche 917k in the 1000km event but neither team in the end took victory. This, the number 8 car, was driven by Vic Elford and Brian Redman and should appeal to Porsche collectors. This high performance 1/32nd scale slot car features a separate side-winder mount fitted with a Shark motor rated at 21.5k RPM.
