Fleischmann DB VT95/VB142 Diesel Railcar & Trailer III FM7760005 N Gauge
In the 1950s, red railbuses appeared as the "savior of the branch lines". The prototype of the FLEISCHMANN model is the single-engine railbus VT 95 with the trailer VB 142, which is shorter than the motor car. The DB still uses a VT 95 with a trailer VB 142 as a museum vehicle. Since the trailer in the prototype was not equipped as a so-called control car with a locomotive driver's cab, the railbus did not run as a permanently coupled push-pull train in 2-part operation, but always "motor car ahead". The motor car therefore had to be moved at the destination station.
Model1:160 Scale model of a VT95/VB142 Diesel RailCar decorated in DB livery. This model features lots of expertly applied details as based on the prototype, a high level of body detail and excellent running characteristics.
