The white tunnelling machine is under construction and will soon be penetrating deeper and deeper into the mountain with impressive force. The detailed miniature model, inspired by the original Herrenknecht Gripper TBM, offers fascinating insights into the impressive world of tunnelling. For even more realism, the geared motor (Art. 180722) can be retrofitted to set the drill shield in motion - bringing the enormous engineering feat to life in model format.
