F-35A "HUSARZ" – Polish VersionIn 2024, the Ministry of National Defense officially named the Polish F-35 "Husarz," emphasizing its role as a modern knight of the skies. Deliveries of 32 aircraft will continue until 2030 – the first units were delivered to Ebbing Air Force Base in the USA, and later will be stationed in Łask and Świdwin. The F-35 Husarz is intended to replace the aging MiG-29 and Su-22, responding to the threat posed by the Russian Su-35 and Su-57.
